In 1913, Enrico's great-grandfather bought a historic farm, which had been founded in the early 19th century and started the Mandirola family's winemaking tradition. At the time, the property covered about 10-12 hectares, mainly dedicated to the cultivation of vines, wheat and corn.

is who we are
In the late 1990s, Enrico joined the company he had known since childhood, and marked a turning point. Thanks to his solid training in agronomy and oenology, he has introduced important innovations in agronomic and winemaking techniques. This process, while remaining faithful to the principles of care, tradition, and sustainability, led to the gradual creation of the wines that are now part of the Mandirola selection.
